Completion and invoicing: Left the works, mid-February 1905. Completed 11 March 1905 and invoiced same date (daybook 10 p.451) to Sir Hugh and Lady Smiley, Belfast (per Messrs Young & Mackenzie, architects, Scottish Provident Building, Belfast), at a total cost of £1672.14.8, which included the cost of the bells (£1205.15.0.), charges for inscriptions (1199 letters) £19.19.8, for modelling two coats of arms (in plaster) and inscribing lead casts from the same on 12 bells (£22), fittings for eleven bells (£159), steel girder frame (£160), fittings and framework for the larger half-tone bell (£36), and for fixing (£70).
