[2]Note on C J Pickford visit
Residual ringing fittings (no wheel) - but gudgeons still in plain bearings. Has metal stay but no slider. The only pulley is for clocking. Frame - type 6.K pit on top of a standard 6.A frame. This bell was the treble of eight at St.Martin’s, Birmingham, until 1758. Hung here 1761 (see RW 2010 p.1049)
