THIS BELL WAS ERECTED ON / SALTERS HALL BY THE PEOPLE OF / DROITWICH IN 1887, TO COMMEMORATE / THE JUBILEE OF HER MAJESTY / QUEEN VICTORIA. / IT WAS REMOVED ON THE / DEMOLITION OF THAT BUILDING IN / 1930 AND WAS RE-ERECTED HERE / IN 1947
