Overhauled | 2023 by Matthew Higby & Co The poor sounding 7th bell has been retired and become the clock bell; it has been fitted with a trigger action hammer so that it can also be used as a service bell; the replacement bell is by James Barwell of Birmingham 1874 sourced by the Keltek trust; the 1867 Warner 4th has been replaced with an M&S bell of 1870; both bells have been tuned at Matthew Higby’s works. 1950 by Gillett & Johnston |
