Notes
[1]Frame layout
The frame consists of four parallel east-west trusses, of long-headed form, which form three parallel pits, the centre pit of which is open at either end. In this pit were hung the treble and third bells, with the second bell in the north pit and the tenor bell in the south pit. The bells were roped so that they fell in a clockwise way, although more in an ellipse than a circle. (John Eisel description)
