The new Nicholson Engineering board in the tower suggests that the founder of bell 5 of 6 might be Anthony Pennington of Exeter. There is no Anthony Pennington of Exeter in our list of founders, nor in the master list of founders maintained by Peter Dyson (http://bellfounders.net/), so Anthony would be an otherwise unknown Pennington.
