[1]Note about the recorded weights
A set of weights was given in History of Staffordshire Bell
by Trevor Jennings, p81. However, these matched Cheadle, including a reference that the tenor was recast in 1730, rather than Lichfield, where the tenor is still dated as 1722. Therefore revised approximate weights have been given from the diameters. The previous tenor weight of 11-3-9 dates from 1956 Dove, source unknown. (Submitted by Stuart Hutchieson)
