Following a routine check on the accessibility of tower webpage URLs on Thursday 26 March, some 18 were found not to be working. That is, an attempt to transfer from the tower Dove record to the tower webpage failed. In such circumstances it is our practice then to delete the URL from our records. This is a larger number of failures than is usually the case but that is explained by there being an unduly longer than usual gap since the check was previously done.
It is always just possible that the inaccessibility in one or another instance was caused for some transient reason (such as the webpage being locked while it was being amended, or the host site being temporarily unavailable).
So - while the bulk of the list of removed URLs remains visible - please check it and if you have good reason to believe that the link to the webpage for your tower should be reinstated, please get in touch with Dovemaster promptly asking that such be done and indicating your status in the tower concerned.
