A problem clearly exists when a user attempts to send us information either via an edit Bell Details or Contact Dovemaster form because our standard response is first to send an acknowledging email to you at the email address you specify. So, if you do NOT receive that confirmatory email fairly quickly (usually instantaneous in our experience), it is probable that the email address you supplied for yourself was incorrect.
Unfortunately, we have recently found that this whole process also does not satisfactorily deal with an aol.com user address and tests have proven that we do not actually receive the proffered important message. This appears to be a technical problem that is outside our control, and for which we can only apologise - and suggest that you use a friend to get in touch on your behalf!
