Have you noticed that when one has opened the Details page for a UK tower that the grid reference is shown in a green fount? This indicates that the reference itself is actually a clickable link. Try it, for on doing just that you are taken to a search form set up in such a way so that one can perform a search also for nearby towers within a stated radius (in miles from that reference point).
We found it useful recently when, at an event which included publicity about bells and ringing, someone asked us which churches in North Wales possess a ring of bells - and so we chose Llandudno as our search centre and used a 35 mile radius.
