Users seeking an up-to-date copy of dove.txt will recently have found a message saying that is it currently unavailable.

A more formal procedure has now been put in place, which is invoked from the Downloads page. This makes use of a download code that we will only issue to authorised users. To request a download code, click the contact DoveAdmin link on the Downloads page, read the terms and conditions and then submit your request. On receipt of the code, copy and paste it into the ’Download code box on the Downloads page and click ’dove.txt.

A record will be kept of all such downloads made.

Your download code will be validated against the IP address of your device. If your ISP issues you with a dynamic IP address then you will require a new download code for each download. We would anticipate issuing you with a new download code no more frequently than once per month.
